On 21 November 2017, Luigi Mula will be the speaker at the conference “Shareholders’ rights and non-financial information” organised by Convenia to describe the new provisions introduced by Directive (EU) 2017/828 and Legislative Decree 254/2016. Mr Mula’s speech will focus on “Engagement and stewardship of the investors and the relationship between institutional investors and asset managers” and will deal with the main aspects of the Directive (EU) 2017/828 such as the engagement policy and the current stewardship principles of Assogestioni, the monitoring and exercise of voting rights and the possible impact of the Directive on the current regulation.
