Milan, August 2, 2017 – Marco Padovan, assisted by Michele Bonomini and Monica Selvini, of Studio Legale Padovan, assisted SALINI IMPREGILO S.p.A. in the negotiation and execution, in a joint venture with Lamaro Appalti S.p.A. of Rome, of the turnkey contract for the construction of the new ENI headquarters in San Donato Milanese, for an amount of 171 million euros. It is one of the most prominent projects of civil construction to be carried out in Italy in the forthcoming years.
