Giuseppe Antonio Di Luccia was born in Torre del Greco (Italy) on August 5, 1986. After graduating in 2011, he undertook an international career including experience in International Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations and Corporations. He is a specialist in international security cooperation, and international compliance and democratization. He has a regional interest in Russia and Eastern Europe developed during his studies as well as during his work experiences in Poland, Ukraine and Moldova.
Giuseppe joined Studio Legale Padovan in September 2018 where, as a member of the Export Control Team, he focuses on the legal aspects related to export compliance.

Giuseppe’s practice focuses on international export controls and sanctions at Italian, EU and US level.
Giuseppe holds a degree in Law (obtained magna cum laude) from “Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II” in Naples, with a dissertation on the relationship between hegemonies and International Law. He also completed an M.A. in International Relations and International Economics at the Johns Hopkins University in Washington D.C. and a post-graduate specializing course in Diplomatic Studies.
