On Monday 9th July 2018, Confindustria Padova and Unindustria Treviso organise two events, having the same programme, under the title: “U.S. regulations in export control: a focus on Iran and Russia – Precautionary measures for market actors”.
Mr. Marco Padovan will illustrate U.S. restrictive measures against Iran and Russia, comparing them with the provisions taken by the EU. Furthermore, EU measures for the prosecution of the agreement with Iran, included the so-called Blocking Regulation, will be examined.
Finally, the main problems for Italian companies related to financial transactions will be considered and indications will be provided on possible measures to be implemented to correctly manage commercial and financial operations with sanctioned countries.
