Milan, course organized by IIR and SPEA Engineering: International works agreements and FIDIC contracts

Avv. Roberto Panetta, specialized in construction law and FIDIC contracts, and Mr. Romano Allione, member of various dispute boards, will deliver a lecture to a group of Armenian engineers, involved in important infrastructure projects, on FIDIC contracts, analysing the most relevant and, possibly problematic clauses, as well as the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
