On Friday 4th October Studio Legale Padovan, acting as member of both the Scientific Commettee and the teaching Faculty, has presented the second edition 2019-2020 of the Master in “Contract, Claim and Delay Management in Construction Works” organized by Consorzio CISE – Master Fratelli Pesenti School at Politecnico di Milano. The Master is aimed at providing specific qualifications for professionals in the field of international construction contract management relating to major infrastructure projects.
The Master is so far the only experience in Italy aimed at creating a school providing specific qualifications for engineers and architects specializing in construction contracts management relating to major infrastructure projects; there is a high demand for professionals holding such specific educational background in the international marketplace and so far such demand was covered almost exclusively by Anglo-Saxons experts.
We are very pleased with the success of this Master, which is confirmed by the increasing number of students enrolled in this second edition.
