PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Born in 1989, Marco started in legal practicing law in 2017 and was admitted to the bar in 2021. He joined Studio Legale Padovan in 2024.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Marco’s primary focus is on civil, commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international.
EDUCATION
He graduated in Law (specialising in forensics) in 2015 at the Catholic University in Milan.
During his studies, he spent a year at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Budapest, Hungary.
In 2016 Marco obtained a Master’s degree in Comparative Law from the University of Strasbourg in France, writing a comparative dissertation on class actions.
In 2016 he attended a Summer School in European Private Law at the University of Salzburg in Austria.
In 2023 he attended a specialist course organised by the Fondazione Forense dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano on national arbitration.
PUBLICATIONS
Marco is the author of several publications on civil liability and damages, published on the leading law journal Danno e responsabilità (Wolters Kluwer).
