PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Chiara Guardamagna was born in Pavia in 1975. She is a member of the Pavia Bar Association and is qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and other Superior Courts. She joined Studio Legale Padovan in 2023.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Mrs. Guardamagna deals with administrative law and public economic law. She has gained significant experience in all practice areas of these disciplines on litigation and extrajudicial levels. Her practice covers both, the more traditional and interdisciplinary and transversal sectors within her areas of specialization, with particular focus on public contracts, public companies, administrative sanctions as well as on environmental law, financial market law, anti-corruption, criminal liability in offenses relating to public law and, in particular, related to aspects of administrative law, and arbitration proceedings.
EDUCATION
Graduating in Law from the University of Pavia, Mrs. Guardamagna subsequently obtained qualification diplomas from the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions of the University of Pavia and the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan. She holds a PhD in Public Economic Law from the Doctoral School in Legal Sciences of the University of Milano-Bicocca. She carried out research at the University of Milano-Bicocca in the scientific disciplinary area of Legal Sciences – Institutions of Public Law.
SELECTED ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Formerly adjunct professor of Administrative Procedural Law (practical exercises with elements of theory) at the Postgraduate School of Legal Professions of the University of Milan, she has a consolidated experience in teaching of training and specialization courses. She is the author and co-author of scientific contributions published in journals of primary standing.
