PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Giacomo Piacentini was born in 1998. After graduating in law, he worked as Research Assistant at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in Milan, in the field of the law of the sea and human rights. He started his legal practice at Studio Legale Padovan in May 2022.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Giacomo Piacentini focuses mainly on export control and international sanctions.
EDUCATION
Giacomo obtained his law degree in 2022, with a 110/110 with honours. His master thesis focused on space law, addressing the legality of natural resources exploitation on the Moon and other celestial bodies. The thesis was co-supervised by a professor from the University of Lapland, where he studied for a semester.
