Olga Manservigi Kichitskaia

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Born in Barnaul (Russian Federation) in 1981, Olga Manservigi Kichitskaia studied in the Russian Federation and qualified as a lawyer in Italy. She was admitted to the Bar in Bologna in 2018.

From 2002 until 2018, she worked as an interpreter and translator from Russian into Italian for the Courts, Appeal Courts and Police in Bologna, as well as for major Italian companies.

After an experience at the Regional Administrative Court of Emilia-Romagna, she started her legal practice in Bologna in 2012 at INPS in Bologna. After qualifying as a lawyer, she joined prestigious national and international law firms, where she gained significant experience in international trade law, national and international corporate law and civil litigation.

Olga joined Studio Legale Padovan in May 2022.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
Olga focuses on international trade law, export control and economic sanctions, trade compliance and international economic sanctions programs.

EDUCATION
Olga holds a law degree from the University of Bologna. In 2016, she attended a master’s degree in International Contracts. 

Subsequently, she successfully completed her notary studies at the Notary School of Bologna “Rolandino Passeggeri”.

In 2021, she attended the “Customs and Excise Technical Workshop” at Cà Foscari University, Challenge School, Venice as well as the Executive Course “Customs Rules in International Trade” held by the ICC Italia between November 2021 and May 2022. 

SELECTED ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Olga participated as a lecturer in the Advanced Training Course on Agri-Food Law at the Forensic Foundation of Bologna with the module ‘Agri-Food Law in the Russian Federation’.

Bilingual Russian/Italian and English.
