PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Rebecca Grigolli was born in Sanremo in 1995. She graduated in law in Milan where she began her legal practice in 2019 in the field of criminal law.
She worked as an Intern of AML function in 2021 for a private wealth management group, developing and managing AML programs to comply with the legal and regulatory framework and handling management and execution of second line monitoring and assessment programs for anti-money laundering/counter – terrorism financing.
Rebecca joined Studio Legale Padovan in July 2021 as a member of the Export Control.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Rebecca’s areas of practice are European Union law, international trade law, export control, economic sanction and financial regulation.
EDUCATION
After attending the first year of Law in Innsbruck at the Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, Rebecca graduated in Law with full marks at the University of Studi di Milano in October 2020.
In 2021 she completed the specialized courses of “Regulatory Compliance Specialization” at the University of Pennsylvania, “International Cyber Conflicts” at State University of New York and “Risk in modern society” at the University of Leiden deepening the field of international security.
