PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Virginia Mistretta was born in 1995. After taking a role as a trainee lawyer at the State Attorney Office (Avvocatura Generale dello Stato), she worked at a well refuted Italian law firm, focusing mainly on contract law and M&A transactions and was involved in the work of the firm’s Africa team where she gained valuable experience and insight.
She joined Studio Legale Padovan in February 2024.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Following the move to Studio Legale Padovan, Virginia concentrates on construction, commercial law and litigation, including acting in arbitration proceedings.
EDUCATION
Virginia graduated in Law and Political Science from the “LUISS Guido Carli” University in Rome. She completed a Masters in Arbitration awarded by the National Chamber for Mediation and Arbitration.
