PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Fulvio Di Marzo was born in Palermo in 1995. He trained in Palermo and Milan, specialising in tax law.
Before joining Studio Legale Padovan, Fulvio worked with two leading national and international law firms in Milan, focusing on indirect tax (including VAT, excise duties and customs) and international trade issues.
He was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2023 and joined Studio Legale Padovan in March 2024.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
His practice chiefly focuses on customs law, international trade in luxury goods and international trade restrictions.
Fulvio is the author of several specialist articles and actively contributes to the firm’s seminar and conference programme.
EDUCATION
In July 2019, Fulvio graduated with honours in law at the Palermo branch of the “LUMSA – Libera Università Maria Ss. Assunta”. In 2020 he obtained a master’s degree with honours in ‘Food and Wine Management’ at the same University, discussing a thesis focusing on direct and indirect taxes in the sector.
He also attended a dedicated course on tax law at the 24ore Business School.
