Law Decree n. 32 of 18 April 2019 (the “Law Decree”) has been converted into law with modifications by Law n. 55 of 14 June 2019 (the “Law”), published in the Official Gazette of Italy n. 140 of 17 June 2019 and entered in force on 18th of June 2019.
With specific reference to the Public Contracts Code, the Law, beside confirming the main thrust of the Law Decree, changes certain amendments there introduced and adds some new modifications.
The new rules shall apply to procurement procedures whose tender is published, or whose invitation notices is sent, after the entry into force of the Law.
